GENERAL

▶ Commissioning me means you have READ and AGREED to my TOS
▶ I am allowed to reject your commission
▶ Must be 18+ to accept my terms
▶ Communications will be done with emails or through DMs (bluesky/kofi). I will send updates to you as I work on your commission.
▶ I ask you have proper references of your character (links to character pages is fine i.e. toyhouse)
▶ Will post commission on social media and on portfolio unless explicitly asked otherwise
▶ Please be patient as I am a hobby artist and work full time
▶ Breaking any of these rules will result in you being blacklisted

PAYMENT

▶ Paypal only
▶ Pay upfront
▶ No work will be done until payment is sent through

REFUNDS

▶ 100% refund if I haven’t started
▶ No refunds are allowed once I have started

WORK IN PROGRESSES

▶ Revisions are allowed
▶ Will reject revisions if it’s severe alterations that was not mentioned beforehand
▶ Once commission is finished and accepted by both parties, revisions cannot be done unless something is wrong with the file (i.e. quality dropped, transparent spots)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

▶ May use for personal use: channel art, profile picture, banner
▶ Post watermarked art piece when posting it on other websites
▶ Do not use my work for NFTs, anything crypto-related, or train/feed into AI
▶ Do not alter, trace, or draw over my work
